The title was born from a prayer spoken through tears. During a season of darkness, trapped in an abusive marriage and holding my daughters close, I cried out again and again, “Heaven help me.” I wanted rescue. I wanted saving. And then, in the stillness, a knowing arrived—clear, quiet, undeniable. Heaven was not coming to carry me out. Heaven was asking me to rise. To choose courage. To become the vessel through which grace could move. My prayer shifted into alignment: Show me how. Walk with me. Guide my steps. And from that moment forward, doors unseen began to open, and miracles revealed themselves through motion, trust, and faith.

This book is a reminder, a soft awakening of the truth you have always carried—that you are powerful, guided, and deeply loved by the unseen hands of the Universe, by God, by Life itself.
